Passage 21 – Keeping busy at important tasks is much more motivating than having too little to do. Today’s employees are not afraid of responsibility. Most people are willing to take on extra responsibility in order to have more variety in their positions. In addition, along with that responsibility should come more authority to independently carry out some important tasks.
